It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Gardner of Frankton, Indiana, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey H. Crull and Rosa N. Crull (Bangle); her husband Danny Gardner; her daughter Jerrie Lynn Bottoms; her stepson Patrick Gardner; her former life partner John L. Elliott; her siblings, Grace Alexander, Faye Kidwell, Rosemary Smith, Thelma Kidwell (Price), Helen Davis and Floyd Crull; and her son-in-law Larry Sizelove.
She is survived by : her children, Terrie Helton (Ron) of Frankton, Mike Gardner (Mary Frances) of California and Pam Makely (Kirk) of California. She is also survived by 2 siblings; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Health precautions for the safety of the family and visitors will include wearing face coverings and social distancing at all times.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Willow Place Ladies Emergency Shelter through the funeral home.
