He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Harner and Clara Harner (Lagenour); his siblings, Harold, Ralph Harner and Louise Daugherty; and his close friend Crystal Cain.
He is survived by: his sons, David Harner (Lisa) and Brent Harner (Penny); his grandsons, Thomas Harner and Landon Harner; his sister-in-law Betsy; and his sibling's children, Kevin Harner (Elizabeth), Shirley Daugherty, Rita and Kara Hamm (Doug).
