She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Ruth Joan Whiteman, Sr. (Oakley); and her brothers, Billy Whiteman, Jr. and Tom Whiteman. She is survived by: her spouse John W. Payne; her daughter Brianna Packard (Joshua); her grandchildren, Colton Cain, Kaiden Hosler and Hayleigh Hosler; her sister Toni Gingerich (Nick); her sibling's children, Kris Brown, Billy Whiteman, III and Nikki Whiteman; and her parent-in-law Bill.
