She is survived by: her father Herbert Fields of Garrett; her husband Darrin Perkowski of Garrett; her children, Kristine Nodine of Garrett, Taylor Nodine of Kendallville, Marissa Perkowski, Trey Perkowski of Garrett and Kylie Perkowski of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Athena Bowers and Aiden Cearbaugh; her sister Maeann; her brother-in-law Neal Parker Sr. of Garrett; her uncle Harry Lung of Garrett; her sibling's children, Neal Parker Jr. of Auburn and Caroline Parker of Garrett; and her cousin Jeremy Lung of Garrett.
