He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Kleeman and Katharine "Kate" Kleeman; and his brother John Kleeman. He is survived by: his daughters, Stefanie Mortimore (Mike) of Kendallville, IN and Kelby Delauder of Fort Wayne, IN; his siblings, Jeff Kleeman (Elaine) of Angola, IN and Ann Kleeman of Garrett; and his grandchildren, Logan Schupbach of Mooresville, IN, Cole Schupbach of Kendallville, IN, Aaryn Mortimore and Justice Mortimore of Kendallville, IN.
