He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas John Hendrickson and Janet Snyder (Auer). He is survived by: his wife Terri S. Mathys; his children, Josh, Stephanie Phillips of Bartonville, Jessica Hildebrant of Garrett and Kimberly Hendrickson of Garrett; his grandchildren, Kelsi Houser (Brandon), Taylor Hildebrant, Nicholas Hildebrant, Parker Phillips and Grayson Phillips; his great grandchildren, Roxanne Houser, Quinn Houser, Luca Newberry and Emmitt Newberry; and his sibling's children, Amy Hendrickson Lung and Ryan Hendrickson.
