It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristin O'Hara of Garrett, Indiana, born in Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfather Charles (Phyllis). She is survived by: her parents, William O'Hara (Karen) and Jody O'Hara (Osmun); her son Connor Lewis; her brothers, William, Charles and Michael; and her stepsisters, Kileah and Rylie.

Masks and Social Distancing is requested but not mandatory.
