She was predeceased by: her father Donald Merriman; and her brother Kenneth Merriman. She is survived by: her mother Betty Jane Merriman (Lewis) of Wolcottville; her sons, Chad Johnson (Ashley) of Garrett and Kyle Johnson (Cassie) of Columbia City; her grandchildren, Austyn and Grant Johnson; her brothers, Kevin Merriman (Dawn) of Huntertown, Danny Merriman (Julie) of Greenville, SC and Gary Merriman (Bonnie) of Fort Wayne; and her close friend Steve Clark of Garrett.
