She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Omspacher and Marilyn Omspacher (Yates) of Garrett; her husband Paul Cook of Garrett; her children, Drew Omspacher of Garrett and Amber; her son-in-law Justin McCormick of Fort Wayne; her son Nathan; her daughter-in-law Jenny Smith of Greenville; her grandchildren, Sabastian McCormick, Kaghlynn McCormick, Lance McCormick, Gemma McCormick and Jaden Smith; her sister Star; her brother-in-law Bill Fetter of Kendallville; her siblings, Debbie Richardville of Fort Wayne and Dennis; and her sister-in-law Celia Omspacher of Garrett.
