He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Pickard and Bessie Mae Pickard (Cooley) of Auburn; his daughter Theresa; his son-in-law Chris Oman of Fort Wayne; his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Michael Wever of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Christien Oman, Alyssa Oman, Aleah Wykert (Peter), Cameron Oman, Adam Oman, Eric Wever, Colby Oman and Emily Wever; and his brother Marion "Butch" Pickard of Garrett.
Per the Governor Holcomb's mandate, face coverings and social distancing will be required.
