He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellary Tustison and Margaret Dotts (Stewart); and his brothers, Junior Tustison and Zach Tustison. He is survived by: his wife Michaeleen "Micki" Tustison; his daughters, Patsy Dalrymple (John), Cheryl Wyatt (DeWayne Applegate), Angie Gibson (Ben) and Amie Steckley; his grandchildren, Megan Dalrymple, Alyssa Dalrymple, Kali Wyatt, Dustin Chriswell, Brandon Chriswell, Bryce Steckley, Austin Steckley, Devin Steckley and Kayden Gibson; and his siblings, Roger Tustison, Phyllis Wyrick, Vicki Bronne, Barbara Schindler and Janet Martines.
