It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Yarde of Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard D. Yarde and Helen Yarde (Grogg). He is survived by : his wife Marilyn J. Shirk; his daughters, Anna Merriman (Nathan) of Albion, IN and Betty Lee (James); his sister Martha Rockey of Kalkaska, MI; his grandchildren, Nicholas Merriman of New Paris, IN, Sarah Merriman of Albion, IN, Jacob Merriman of Albion, IN and Denita Smith; his great grandchild Jaxson Smith of Woodlands, TX; and his grandchildren, Alexis Rowlison, Rebecca Lee and Andrew Lee.
