We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2020, at the age of 99, Ruth Heffelfinger (Garrett, Indiana), born in Avilla, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Hess and Lenor S. Hess (Mead); her husband Keith M. Heffelfinger; and her siblings, Hubert, Howard, Merlyn, George, Merton, Richard Hess, Eileen Stein and Genevieve Carson.
She is survived by: her children, David E. (Mary E. Heffelfinger), Mark L. (Darlene Heffelfinger), Keith J. (Carol Heffelfinger) and Mary G.; and her sister Lois Diehm of Kendallville, IN.. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
Due to the restrictions of COVID 19, there will be a maximum of 25 people allowed in the funeral home at a time.
