With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce Elaine Hawk of Gas City, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Joyce Elaine left this world on June 10, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Campbell and Grace Alberta Campbell (Jones); her daughter Terri Ann Hawk; her grandson Shawn Edwards; her great grandchildren, Joshua and Kaylee; her sisters, Alyce McGriff and Marsha Bauer; and her son-in-law Earl Edwards.
She is survived by: her husband Bill G. Hawk of Gas City; her children, Beverly Marleen Edwards of Terre Haute, Larry Hawk (Ginger) of Radcliff, KY and Michael Hawk (Theresa) of LaPorte; her grandchildren, Keela Schmidt (Doug), Troy Edwards, Amber Ramsey (Ron), Stephanie Halbur (Brent), Andrew Hawk and Derek Hawk; and her brothers-in-law, Bill McGriff and John Bauer. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel (400 E Main St, Gas City, IN 46933). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
