She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles R. Barkdull, and Donna Darlene Barkdull, Sr. (Bowman); her husband Larry D. Scott; and her siblings, Rosetta Calhoun, Regina Carter, Clymenie Mae Barkdull, Robert Barkdull, John Barkdull and Charles Barkdull, Jr..

She is survived by : her sister Marlene Waymire (Mike) of Marion; her nieces and nephews, Darrell Barkdull (Violet) of Marion, Dale, Turner, Michael Waymire, Jr. (Jessie) of Bloomington, Lindsey Calhoun (John Tibbets) of Marion, Venita Hayes of Marion, Clymenie Mae Jones (Tracey) of Marion, Evelyn Waymire of Marion and Mary Waymire of Marion; and her great-nephew Calvin Michael Waymire.
