He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Cross and Clara Cross (Kauffman); and his siblings, Howard, Mel, Alvin "Sonny", Mahlon Jr., Kenneth, James, Amanda Thomas and Sylvia "Sis" Larimer.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda I. Kilmer; and his children, Jeff Cross (Kathy), Sherry Kunze (Mark) and Lesley Jones (Cody). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Cancer Resources of Elkhart County or Goshen Home Care and Hospice.
