Charles R. Hernley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles R. Hernley of Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elam R. Hernley and Mabel Hernley (Stauffer); his wife Betty L. Hartzler; and his sisters, Elva R. Markley and Marilyn L. Hernley.
He is survived by: his children, Kathi Janssen (Gail) of Goshen, Pam Reedy (Bob) of Goshen, Cindy Clayton (Bob) of New Paris, Steve Hernley (Tammy) of LaGrange, Doug Hernley (Gwen) of Goshen, Ron Hernley of McMinnville and Jeff Hernley (Lisa) of Milford. He is also survived by 34 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial gifts may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or New Paris Church of the Brethren.
