She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Kauffman and Mina Kauffman (Edelman); and her siblings, Fern Oswald (Kenneth), Melvin Kauffman, Sara Schlabach (Theron), Mary Louise Meek (Phillip) and Ruth Stump (Steve).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Loretta Kauffman; her sibling's children, Michael Kauffman (Kathy), Douglas Kauffman (Linda), Leland Kauffman (Nancy) and Jeanette Hathaway (David); her grandchildren, Karrie Mathews (Jeff), Cory Kauffman (Elizabeth), Ashley Kauffman, Keil Kauffman, Amanda Martin (Jason), Krystal Hathaway, Jade Miller (Adrian), Alyssa Kauffman, Victoria Hathaway (Clayton Kniesly) and Hunter Hathaway; and her stepgrandchildren, Curtis Weldy (Chelsie) and Shawn Hensley (Bryce). She is also survived by her 20 great grandchildren.
