It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Miriam Buckwalter of Goshen, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ada Litwiller (Ramseyer) and Nelson Litwiller; and her siblings, Esther Schertz, Eunice Miller and John T. N. Litwiller.

She is survived by : her husband Albert Shank Buckwalter; her sister Beulah González of Goshen; her children, Rachel Lois Miller (John) of Lawrence, Naomi Rose Buckwalter (Mimi) of El Cajón, California, Timothy A. Buckwalter (Crissie Shank) of Goshen, Stephen E. Buckwalter (Ulrike) of Neustadt and Weinstrasse; and her grandchildren, Julia Buckwalter, Shannon Scott, Victoria Scott (Vic), Niklas Buckwalter and Amelie Buckwalter. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the College Mennonite Church (1900 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
