He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stout and Lucille Stout (Hall); his wife Ruby Chapman (Chapman); his brother Carlyn; his son Benjamin; his son-in-law David Weitz; and his great grandchild Lily Moilanen.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Weitz, Mark Stout (Janet), Phillip Stout (Carol) and Rebecca Mills; his grandchildren, Adam Weitz (Kristin), Jeron Gibbons (Keith), Andrew Stout (Jenna), Rebekah Moilanen (Scott), Nathan Stout (Jennifer) and Caitlin Stout (Emily Allison); and his great grandchildren, London, Addison, Avery, Ainsley, Lucille, Matthew, Sophia, Isaac, William and Samuel.
