She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Otis and Autumn Lawrence (Van Deventer); her siblings, Raymond Eddie (Carolyn Breeden), Sharon Swafford and Doris (David Page); and her father-in-law Walter Grubb.
She is survived by: her husband Dan Grubb; her daughter Lori; her son-in-law Toby Breeden; her grandson Tyler (Hannah Breeden); her great grandchild Brynlee Breeden; her mother-in-law Esther Grubb; and her siblings-in-law, Noah Swafford and Kathy (Buddy Oogles). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Southern Care Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
