It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Biggs (Grandview, Indiana), who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Jean Biggs to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Ray and Mayme Ray (Schaeffer); her husband Jerry Biggs; and her brother Walter Ray. She is survived by : her daughter Elizabeth Franchville (Joseph) of Coatesville, IN; her grandsons, Justin Franchville of Holland, MI, Jason Franchville of Coatesville, IN and Jackson Franchville of Coatesville, IN; and her brother Robert Ray of Grandview, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
