She is survived by: her husband Frederick Chadwick of Harrisburg, PA; her children, Tamara Baynard of Wake Forest, NC, Anthony Baynard of Rock Hill, SC, Brian Chadwick of Wesley Chapel, FL and Laray Chadwick of Glen Burnie, MD; her godson Towand "TJ" Lane of Harrisburg, PA; her grandchildren, Brianna Baynard, Jaren Baynard, Erica Baynard, Trezur Leftridge, Chris Leftridge, Makayle Chadwick and Jaleesa Chadwick; her great grandchild Zenelle Chadwick; and her friend Valarie Miller.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wallace Funeral Directors Inc. (106 Agnes St, Harrisburg, PA 17104). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
