Cline, Jr. (Vickie), Rodney Cline (Mindy), Belle Union and Cindy Wager (Mark); his wife Betty Cline; his son Randy Cline; and his sister Darlene Bittle. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
