With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Athena Hope Barker Witham (Greenfield, Indiana), who passed away on August 20, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Barnard and Georgia Barnard (Hadley); and her siblings, Mildred Honchell, Richard and Ralph Barnard.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Brizendine, Bill Barker (Marilyn), Marcella Blair (David) and Mary Klene (late David); her sister Mary Winklepleck; her husband Loren C. Barker; and her former husband Clarence Witham. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 4 great- great grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews.
