He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwen M. Clemens and Clara C. Clemens (Warling); and his siblings, Rena, Gwendolyn, Edith Ann, Norma, Forest and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Coy Clemens (Tutrow); his children, Cathy Smiley (Dave), Debbie Burke (Dan) and Clyde Edward Clemens, Jr. (Carol); his stepchildren, Tim Coy (Teresa), Tom Coy (Susan), Tony Coy (Heather) and Tammy Badgley (Ronnie); and his siblings, Anna Staranowicz and Albert Clemens. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
