She was predeceased by: her parents, John Payne and Thelma Payne; and her husband Roger Orton. She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Lego (Brian) and Rita Edwards (Lloyd Lee); her grandchildren, Steven Lego (Janell), Sara Mann (Ryan), Erin Weber (Steve), Alyssa Haynes (Sam), Paul Edwards, Rachel Cooper (Caleb) and Monica Jackson (Cody); and her brother Mike Payne. She is also survived by eight great - grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Washington Park North (2706 Kessler Blvd W Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46228). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
