The memory of Raymond Paxton (Greenfield, Indiana), who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Paxton and Ruth Paxton; his wives, Barbara Lou Rodibaugh and Lois Marie Pollard; his siblings, Bill, Jean Edwards, Donna Mattox and Nila Jeffries; and his stepdaughter Sharrel Boike.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Paxton (Patty), Joyce Riegle (Rick) and Peggy Lambert (Danny); and his stepchildren, Sylvia Dailey, Julie Richardson (Kevin) and Chuck Pollard. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
