He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard D. Canter and Elizabeth J Canter; his wife Louanna; and his siblings, Daniel J. Canter (Loretta), Dennis N. Canter (Pam), Douglas M. Canter (Rebecca), David V. Canter (Diane), Duane J. Canter (Fran), Denise Canter Rollings (Jeff), Donald B. Canter (Brenda) and Devon Canter. He was also cherished by 20 nieces and nephews, and many, many, great friends.
