He was predeceased by: his parents, Lance Batton and Lois Batton (Bass); his wife Vickie Lee Livingston; and his brother Brian Batton. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Batton of Shelbyville, Kara Nikole Batton of Greenfield and Thomas "TJ" Batton (Natalie) of Shelbyville; his brothers, Bruce Batton (Wanda), Philip Batton (Michelle) and Bill Batton (Deena); and his sister-in-law Gina Batton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
