It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Reed Frazier Slunaker of Greenfield, Indiana, who passed away on July 1, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Reed and Mildred George Reed; her former husband Fred L. Frazier; and her sister Marilyn West. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Jason Frazier (Jennifer) and Laura Connell (Jason); and her stepchildren, Cynthia Simpson (James), Scott Frazier (Connie), Shelley Lidy and Amy Slunaker. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
