He is survived by : his wife Sondra Lewis (Parsons) of Greenfield; his children, Neil Lewis (Christina) of Greenfield, Scott Blackford of Greenfield and Donis Inman (Kim) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Kyle Barnes, Hailey Landers, Gabriel Inman, Jillian Russell and Nicholas Lewis; his sister Randi Throckmartin (Jim) of Wesley Chapel, FL; and his pet Einar.
