Norma Ellen Hoptry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Ellen Hoptry (Greensburg, Indiana), who passed away on May 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Esner Fannin and Dessie Florence Fannin; and her sisters, Dorothy Maynard and Inez Cooley. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Kimberly Inscho (Ken) of Greensburg, Brent (Diane) and Scott (Jadira) of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Kelly Braun (Inscho), Kacey Inscho, Megan Bland (Hoptry), Kyle Inscho and Lindsey Mowcomber (Hoptry). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gilliland Howe Funeral Home (110 E North St, Greensburg, IN 47240). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Margaret Mary Hospice, Batesville, Indiana. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared by visiting.
