He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Leslie Swinney. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Grote and Elaine Grote (Wilkinson); his wife Patricia Ann Swinney; his daughters, Erica Kuhn (Cameron) and Morgan Hellmich (Alex); his grandchild Landry Jane Kuhn; his mother-in-law Jill Swinney; and his sisters, Andrea Beckett (Mike) and Alisa Deck (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
Memorials may be made to the family for a 4-H Fund to be established in Pat's name.
