Gilbert Harper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2025, at the age of 94, Gilbert Harper of Greentown, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Harper and Grace Harper (Ball); his wife Shirley J. Harper (Campbell); his daughter-in-law Susan Harper; and his grandson Seth Harper.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Harper (Viola), Patricia Jeffers and Steven Harper (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Sarah Heatwole (Timoth), Joshua Harper (Bethanna), Brandon Jeffers (Meredith), Andrew Harper (Alex) and Peter Harper (Amanda); and his granddaughter-in-law Rachel Harper. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sycamore Friends Church (1148 N 1100 E, Greentown, IN 46936). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
