We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2021, at the age of 40, Chad Cooper (Greenwood, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Albert E. Cooper. He is survived by: his mother Delores E. Cooper. He is also survived by two brothers, a sister, several nephews, a niece, and numerous cousins.
We ask that facial coverings be worn and social distancing be practiced.
