She is survived by: her sons, Brock Amburn (Sarah) and Tim Amburn; her grandchildren, Kris Amburn, Brandon Amburn, Tiffany Amburn, Bryce Amburn (Kia), Joshua Peckham (Jenna), Jacob Peckham and Jocelyn Swallow (Clay); her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Harmony, Serenity, Bella, Harlee and Bennett; and her sibling's children, Teresa Blair, Joey Blair, Stevie Blair and David Blair.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
