He is survived by: his wife Edna Louise McKnight; his children, Steven Hoover (Noli Bentley) and Mary Hoover (Alex Hess); his grandchildren, Michael Hoover, Bradley Hoover (Kelsey Hoover) and Gaia Hess (Xavier Ortega); and his great grandchild Farron Hoover.
