He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Atlanta Disher (Gibson) and William Ellsworth Disher; his siblings, Wilbert Disher (Willie), Ralph A. Disher (Bert), Mabel Throckmorton and Bertha "Marie" Andrews Gumerson; and his great grandchild Paige Westerhold.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Disher; and his children, Jody Belton (Wm "Neal") of Plainfield, William "Bill" Disher (Linda Schwering) of Indianapolis and Deborah Westerhold (David) of Whiteland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the American Cancer Society in memory of Raymond.
