She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Ruch and Mary Alice Frinefrock Ruch; her children, Jennifer Montgomery III (Thomas James) of Columbus and Jeffrey Barkhimer (Mida) of Mooresville; her grandchildren, Brandon Hardin (Katie) of Franklin, Katrina Mina (Nick) of Greenwood, Blake Barkhimer (Ashton) of North Carolina, Bobby Gramse (Carly) of Greenwood, Tyler Barkhimer (Jennifer Herbert) of Plainfield, Jessica Betzler (Chad) of Indianapolis, Amy Rumell (Nick) of Trafalgar and Caitlin Livingston (Vernon) of Plainfield; and her brothers, Paul Ruch of Mooresville and Gerald Ruch. She was also cherished by fifteen great-grandchildren.
