He is survived by: his children, Michael Thiel, Larry Thiel (Robin) and Sandra Chen (Sam); his grandchildren, Joshua Chen (Elizabeth), Matthew Chen, Tommy Chen (Kristin), Danny Chen, Candice Chen (Ryan) and Carson Chen; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Kate, George and Betty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
