She is survived by: her husband Hal; her children, Mike Langworthy (Shawna) of Brookville and Teresa Weigel (Greg) of Oldenburg; her grandchildren, Josh Langworthy, Paige Chitwood, Sean Langworthy, Logan Kirkendall, Alexandra Kirkendall, Alicia Beetz, Kayla Craig, Andrew Craig and Jacob Weigel; and her siblings, Shirley Smith, John Thomas and Jim Thomas.
