It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Faye Ward of Hagerstown, Indiana, born in Yosemite, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulyes E. Goforth and Loanna M. Denny (Hamilton); her stepfather James M. Denny; and her sisters, Leslee Farno (Denny) and Anna Goforth.
She is survived by: her husband Conwell Ward Jr.; her children, Ron Ward (Phyllis) of DeSoto, Missouri and Deborah Clarke (John) of Bentonville, Indiana; her sister Ruby Lewis (Tim) of Spiceland; her grandchildren, Corey Ward of St. Louis, Jeremy Ward (Keri) of Festus and Rebecca Ward of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Emily Ward, Madelyn Ward, Cody Ward and Victoria Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
