It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Phelps (Hamilton, Indiana), born in Lagrange, Indiana, who passed away on December 28, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Homer Riley and Lela Vera Rasler (Fritz); her former life partner Clifford Dean Halsey; and her husband Jon Phelps.
