She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Edward" Mathis and Abigail Mathis (Shemwell); her husband LeeRoy; her daughter Gail; her daughter-in-law Jackie Stone; and her brother Herschel Mathis.
She is survived by: her children, Don Stone, Roy Stone (Brenda) and Peggy Pinder (Edward). She is also survived by several grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rannells Funeral Home - Hamlet Chapel (102 W Davis St, Hamlet, IN 46532). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at the Burr Oak Cemetery.
