Ronald Sobieck Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Sobieck of Walkerton, Indiana, who passed away on November 21, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sobieck and Carol Sobieck; his daughter Raenae Smith; his siblings, Gary Sobieck, Jeff Sobieck and Karen Ludwig; and his great grandchild Nathaniel Piper.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Sobieck; his children, Kim Fort (Chuck), Eric Sobieck (Sherry) and Shelly Conley (Dillon); and his adoptive sons, Jaxson and Opie Piper-Sobieck. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Fletcher Cemetery (700 E County Road 700 N, Hamlet, IN 46532).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his wife to assist with the cost of a headstone.
