She was predeceased by : her husband Bob Koscielniak; and her siblings, Gloria Amazzo, Johnny and Danny Conway. She is survived by : her children, Robby Koscielniak (Mary) and Jeff Koscielniak (Debbie); her grandchildren, Edsel, Rebecca and Chris; her siblings, Rich Conway (Maxine), Janet Quagliara (late Nick), Mickie Allen (late Gary), Margie Hanchar (Ron) and Mike Conway (Mary); and her sister-in-law Kathie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
