He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James F Bland and Annie Sue Woodson Bland; his wife Victoria Bland; his children, Victor Tony, Denise Conner, Destiny Connor, Shaniya Ash, Shikera Ash and Jasmine Webster; and his siblings, Freda, Patricia, Gloria, Janet, Phillis Bland, James and Jerome Bland. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, friends, coworkers and grandchildren.
