She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Houk and Betty Houk. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Houk (Melissa) and Jay Houk (Sylvia); her grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler and Serenity Houk; her sister Debbie Conover (Bill); her nieces, Michelle Smith (Tom) and Melissa Conover; and her aunt Marilyn.
