He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Helton, Sr. and Loretta Helton (Siegel). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Helton; his stepdaughter Shaundra Wilbourn; his siblings, Michael Helton (Anne) of Maryland, Thomas Helton (Julie) of Wisconsin and Cynthia Hill (Patrick) of California; and his sister-in-law Donna Rivera (late Ervin). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 4 nieces; 2 nephews; 2 grand nieces; 6 grand nephews; and many more family, friends.
